Al Hikma school admission: 2025- 2026

Thank you for choosing to register with us.

Here you can opt to register your child otherwise you can come to the school Saturdays from 9:30 to 3:30 to complete the registration form and start the admission process and get on board.

​

Student who have previously studied elsewhere, will most likely have a small assessment to find out about the child's level and be able to class him correctly. 

​

Returning students should also fill out an application form so that all details are up-to-date. Please specify which class they where in the previous year.

• Premises fully insured
• Trained first aiders and fire Marshalls
• Child protection officers trained

Uniform

​

• Girls: Black Abaya and white scarf
• Boys: White Qamees with a cap and black trousers
• Children must wear the school uniform at all times in school.

Boys are not allowed to wear jewellery or have hairstyles that are prohibited in Islam.

Children must bring daily

​

• Water bottle
• Lunch (to promote healthy eating we advise all students to bring healthy food and avoid junk food)
• Small snack for break time
• School stationary and equipment
• All books provided by the school
• A book bag to keep everything together 

IMPORTANT parent RULES:

• Parents are to drop their children off outside the school premises 
•  No parents are allowed to enter the school 
•  Children need to have their food prepared by their parents and be instructed not to share food with other children
•  All rubbish and leftover food needs to be taken home by the children

If students are absent and fees are unpaid they will be removed from the register after 4 weeks.  

If students are away on a planned holiday fees must be paid in advance before going away or the student will lose his/her place.

Understand that in the likelihood of a lockdown or a similar situation, the school will take the remainder of the term to an online platform where lessons will continue to be delivered there
please indicate that you have read and understood this requirement

Understand that the school fees need to be paid on the first week of term, and the fees are non-refundable for that term.

Late Payment will incurs a charge and consistent late pick up will also result in penalty.
